The HighersElves are a mystical forest folk duo inspired by the beauty of the natural world. Their music is often described as soothing, enchanting & uplifting to the soul. Rhapsody’s sweet, ethereal voice and lyrics paired with Brian’s heart-inspired guitar aim to reach hearts and remind people of their wholeness, and of the natural beauty of life.
HighersElves are very passionate about being a voice for Mother Earth, and bringing light and encouragement to those who need it.
Rhapsody and Brian met on Maui, Hawaii in early 2020, where guitar and vocals met and divinely intertwined in a way that fed each other, and opened each other’s musical channels deeper than ever before. The pair grew closer together and a beautiful union was born that they birthed their music through, connected with their love of truth, heartfelt beauty, and the purity of nature.
HighersElves are often compared to the sound and energy of Of Monsters & Men, The Paper Kites, Enya, and Aurora - with the raw energy and passion of bands like Evanescence and the Cranberries. Light, whimsical acoustic often meets passionate, energetic catharsis in Higherselves' music.
The two love birds are currently in production for their first full-length album, so stay tuned!
